Lotus Dham - Kalyan Seva Ashram

A Sacred Space for Meditation and Healing in USA

Lotus Dham is a sanctuary of silence and self-discovery, nestled in the serene, wooded landscape of Pike County, Georgia. Located along Georgia Highway 109, west of Weems Road and east of the City of Molena, the center rests peacefully between Zebulon to the north and Thomaston to the south—just 60 miles south of Atlanta.

Spread across 32.5 acres of gently rising and falling terrain, the land itself seems to breathe with stillness. The naturally contoured property—rising from the roadside, peaking at its heart, and descending toward its wooded rear—creates a grounding and inward-pulling atmosphere ideal for deep contemplation.

Set amidst quiet forest surroundings, Lotus Dham offers a spiritually charged and tranquil environment for meditation, reflection, and inner healing. The peaceful energy that permeates this sacred space gently supports sincere seekers on their journey within.

We joyfully welcome Seekers-dedicated meditation practitioners—and all truth-seekers to gather, stay, and collaborate in a setting designed to uplift, inspire, and purify.

At Lotus Dham, we believe that even the smallest act of service has infinite worth. Just as countless drops create an ocean, each offering of love, intention, or presence contributes to a greater wave of spiritual awakening.

We humbly invite you to walk this path of selfless service, transformation, and devotion with us.

Pujya Kalyan Das Babaji - The Eternal Yogi

- Founder of Lotus Dham - Kalyan Seva Ashram, USA

- Founder of Shree Kalyan Seva Ashram, Amarkantak, INDIA

- Founder of Himalya Devasthanam, Almora, INDIA

Tapaswi Kalyan Das Babaji, revered as the Son of Narmada and a mystic saint of India, devoted his life to the upliftment of humanity through Vedic wisdom, meditation, and service. Born with an innate spiritual inclination, Babaji left home at the age of 12 to follow his Guru, Paramhamsa Swaroop Das Ji, and walked the austere path of tapasya (penance), surrendering himself fully to the Divine.

In 1978, Babaji founded the Shree Kalyan Sewa Ashram at Amarkantak, the birthplace of the holy river Narmada. Amarkantak, also known as Teertharaj (the King of Sacred Pilgrimages), became the center of Babaji’s mission. Here he created a space for seekers to immerse in sadhana, seva, and self-realization. The ashram emphasizes meditation, Vedic living, and the integration of spiritual wisdom into daily life, guiding countless aspirants on the path of balance and inner awakening.

Expanding his vision, Babaji later established the Himalaya Deva Stansm Ashram in Dol Amarkantak — a spiritual haven nestled in nature, dedicated to the worship of the Divine Feminine. This ashram is home to the largest Sri Yantra in the world, The Sri Yantra here is not just a spiritual icon but a living yantra, radiating subtle energies that uplift the consciousness of all who meditate upon it.

The ashram serves as a bridge between ancient Vedic wisdom and modern seekers, providing a sanctuary for sadhana (spiritual practice), self-discipline, and the awakening of higher consciousness. Surrounded by pristine forests and the eternal presence of Ma Narmada, it continues to attract seekers from across the world.

Teachings of Babaji:

  • Self-Realization through Meditation: Babaji emphasized Dhyana Praveshika, a meditation technique for awakening the inner spiritual current.
  • Harmony with Nature: He taught that nature is the greatest teacher, guiding us toward balance and wholeness.
  • Sanatana Dharma: His ashrams are rooted in the timeless principles of the Vedas, honoring all paths and seekers.
  • Seva (Service): Life’s purpose, according to Babaji, is fulfilled through selfless service, compassion, and awareness of the Divine within all beings.

Tapaswi Kalyan Das Babaji is revered as an eternal yogi, a living embodiment of Sanatana Dharma, whose presence continues to guide aspirants on the path of truth. Through his ashrams in Amarkantak and Dol, and the living power of the world’s largest Sri Yantra, Babaji’s vision of a spiritually awakened humanity continues to shine.
